California's legislature has overwhelmingly passed AB 1069, which extends the California Film and TV Tax Credit program.
Though we sought a five year plan, the bill, as passed, is a one-year extension for budget year 2013-2014, with $100 million to be allocated for that year.
AB 1069 now sits on Governor Brown's desk, awaiting his signature to make it the law.
California Film & TV Incentive Program at Risk!

There is rising opposition to the Bill and it is in danger of being defeated!
Please help send your message of support to Sacramento, it is urgently needed and the legislative clock is ticking.

RE: AB 1069 – SUPPORT
Dear Senator:
I work in the Motion Picture and Television industry in California. If AB 1069 is not passed, my livelihood is endangered.
Please vote to support AB 1069, the California Film Tax Incentive, for another 3 years with no "budget trigger" language.
Sincerely,
