The Mission of the SDSC (Set Decorator Steering Committee) is to elevate the working terms and conditions for the Set Decorator position, with the goal of achieving parity with other department heads of similar responsibility; to educate and promote inclusion of members of diverse backgrounds, gender identification and sexual orientation.
