He started in the industry as a prop maker, coming from the outside carpenters union for a nickel an hour more. Working in various positions, key shop, prop shop he retired as Special Effects while doing the show Murder She Wrote.

He had been retired 29 years when he passed on his birthday, July 23, 2018.

He finally got his wish of the last year or so, to go to heaven.

He was survived by 2 children, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
