Gary Alan Krakoff

Passed peacefully on October 6th 2020, age 71, at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California after a long battle with Congestive Heart Failure.

Gary was born June 10th 1949 in San Diego, California. He proudly retired after a long successful career as one of the top Construction Coordinators in the Motion Picture Industry in Los Angeles, California where he worked on many Movies and Television Shows with passion and charisma. Gary was happily married to Gina A. Tetsch-Krakoff who was his partner and best friend in life for 26 years at the time of his passing.

Gary was loyal to not only his family and friends but coworkers and always took care of those who worked alongside him. He was a wonderful brother, father, grandfather,
husband; a hero and friend to everyone he came across.

Besides spending time with his family and friends, Gary had a passion for hot rods, traveling, watching NASCAR and eating a variety of quality food. Gary had a caring, passionate and energetic personality and was known for going out of his way for many. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion of music for life.

Gary is survived by his famiglia: wife Gina, two daughters Christina and Carina, son Gary Jr., two grandsons Elijah and Ezekiel, granddaughter Alexandra, twin brother Glenn, and numerous others.

Gary will continue to inspire us all for years and years to come. May he rest in peace as he makes our angels laugh in heaven with his amazing sense of humor and grace.

Services

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday October 24th at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, 11482 Los Alamitos Blvd, Los Alamitos CA 90720. Family and friends are welcome to a gathering with refreshments immediately after the service.
