Paul F. Mueller, age 76, of Wonder Lake, passed away on January 31, 2021 at home with his loving family by his side.

Paul was born August 29, 1944 in Chicago, the son of Robert and Margaret Mueller. He married his wife Linda Akers on January 4, 1964 in Woodstock, IL.

Paul worked many years for the movie industry in California as a prop maker. He was a proud member and retiree of the I.A.T.S.E. Local 44 union. He was an exceptional carpenter, welder, electrician, and plumber. In his free time Paul enjoyed making furniture and tinkering in the garage. He was a huge Chicago sports fan who enjoyed White Castle and Chicago style hot dogs. Although his heart belonged to Chicago, he also loved California where he lived for over 25 years. He was a dedicated husband and father who cherished spending time with his family.

Paul is survived by his loving wife Linda; his children Denise (Greg) Roberts of McHenry, Cindy Koch of McHenry, and Paul (Renee) Mueller Jr. of Wonder Lake; his grandchildren Julie (Amanda), Stephanie (Cam), Manda, Isaiah, Autumn, Thomas, Anthony, Keirsten (Mike), Samantha and Kaitlynn; his 7 great-grandchildren as well as his beloved brothers Rich (Kelly) Mueller of Mesa, Arizona, and Bill Mueller of Wonder Lake, Illinois.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margaret Mueller; his brother Robert Mueller, sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Carl Cole, and sister-in-law Linda Mueller
