Lehr Sandoval Celebration of Life

LARRY (LEHR) SANDOVAL

1959 - 2025

We come together to honor and celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to all of us. He was a father, a brother, an uncle, a friend, a man who loved so many the best he could. He leaves behind two children, Lehr and Anna. The love and pride he felt for them was clear to all.

He had a passion for his work, having spent more than forty years building sets and advanced as a construction coordinator for movies and television shows. It was not just a job to him, but an art. As a master craftsman, his hands built more than things- they built memories, homes, and he left a legacy of skill and pride that will carry on. Just as important to him was serving as a mentor to those who worked under him. He would take newcomers under his wing and make sure they learned the craft the right way. He treated everyone as equals and had the respect of all who worked for him.

His heart also belonged to the little joys in life: the crack of a bat on a baseball field (Let's go Dodgers), being a die-hard Steelers fan, the solace he found spending a day fishing, despite looking like a cherry tomato by the end of the day.

He had a laugh you couldn't forget- goofy, contagious, and filled with the kind of joy that lit up any room. Always filled with positive energy, he made every holiday, birthday, and small family get-together feel special. No matter the occasion. being together was what mattered most to him. He had a deep love for his family. He would always say, "Mi Familia."

And we can't forget his two good goofy dogs, Trigger and Truce, his loyal companions who went everywhere with him. He loved them unconditionally, fed them better than he often fed himself. They were a big part of his world and his joy.

We'll miss his humor, his heart, and his presence. With Lehr, there was never a dull moment. He left an impact on all who were lucky enough to be a part of his family. We'll carry this with us always and thank him for the lasting memories.

A Memorial service will be held on Monday, May 19th from 4 to 7pm at
