He has been a member of Local 44 for almost 40 years. Rick enjoyed watching football and basketball games (especially the Raiders and Lakers), reading magazines and newspapers, going to outdoor festivals and music concerts, watching movies, going to family get-togethers, and attending his grandkids' games and performances. He loved bringing his family to union picnics and amusement park outings.

Rick was creative, hard-working, fun-loving, and had a kind heart. He is survived by his daughter Dawn, son-in-law Dean Celestino; 2 grandchildren, Anthony and Megan, step-grandchildren, Amanda, Alex, and Nicholas; 3 brothers, Chris, Peter and Joe; 2 sisters, Toni and Pati; 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
