As Local 44 has been reporting, the current round of Basic Agreement contract negotiations are inspiring conversations about engaging our members for a possible strike vote. The IATSE has informed Local 44 that the strike authorization voting process will be conducted digitally. The easiest way to participate in this vote will be via email.

You are receiving this notification because as of the sending of this letter, you are not currently registered with Local 44’s website with a confirmed, valid email address.

Please take a moment to go to this link, https://local44.org/Create-an-account, fill out the form and submit it by clicking the “Sign up” button. Within 5-10 minutes you should receive an email from the system asking you to click a link to confirm your email address is valid and that you have access to it. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder or other auto-sorted folders for this email from “Local 44 Website Registration <Webmaster@Local44.org>”. If you do not receive this email, please notify Webmaster@Local44.org for assistance.

As more and more communications systems require email addresses for participation, it is increasingly important to register with Local44.org using an email address that you regularly check and opt-in to receive email.
